At Desi Circle, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We take the safety of minors very seriously and have implemented strict policies to protect children from potential harm.

Age Requirement

Desi Circle is strictly for users 21 years of age and older.

User Responsibilities

• Not engage with or contact anyone they suspect to be underage

Enforcement

Violations of this Child Safety Policy will result in:

• Immediate account suspension pending investigation
• Permanent account termination for confirmed violations
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when legally required
• Legal action in cases involving child exploitation or abuse

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. We will disclose user information when:

• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect the safety of a child
• Part of an investigation into child exploitation or abuse
• Requested by verified law enforcement or child protection agencies

Third-Party Services

When using third-party services integrated with Desi Circle (such as social media logins), users must also comply with those services' age requirements and child safety policies. We are not responsible for the child safety practices of third-party services.

California Residents Under 21

If you are under 21 years of age, reside in California, and have somehow created a registered account with our Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• A statement that you reside in California
• Proof of age and California residency

We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.). Your account will then be permanently deactivated as you do not meet our minimum age requirement.

Updates to This Policy

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending a notification through the app for significant changes
